A dashboard you read rather than decode

  • The dashboard is graphs instead of columns: a profit and loss waterfall, health rings, the money trend, busiest hours and days, best sellers and what is due to be paid.
  • The Sales page is four clear numbers, a day-by-day chart against last month, a payment donut, sales by source and the most recent sales — with the secondary actions tidied under More.
  • Payments and tasks have separate calendars, so a week of due bills no longer hides the jobs somebody has to do.
  • One colour system across every screen, and Ctrl+K to search from anywhere.
  • A business can hide screens it does not use — out of the menu, and closed by address rather than merely unlinked.

Bills that read correctly, in the language of the page

  • The QR reader takes the code that is actually this bill's payment, rather than the first one it finds on the page.
  • A price alert compares against the price you have lately paid, follows a rise upward, and reads per unit of the shelf rather than per unit of the case.
  • A stock take is applied once, when the person counting means it, and never mixes in somebody else's numbers.
  • Expense categories, payment methods, stock units and task priorities read as words in the page's language — "ks" on a Czech page, not "pcs".
  • Matching a bank payment reconciles the invoice or expense it was matched to, not a sale that happened to share the number.
  • A red flag when more of an ingredient was bought than the month's sales needed by their recipes.

Payroll, bonuses and chasing what you are owed

  • A payroll month can be closed into kept records, with a CSV for the accountant.
  • A team bonus: a share of what the month sells above its target, split by approved hours.
  • Overdue invoices are chased over WhatsApp on a schedule, as the Connections page promised.
  • Clients side by side: what each one spends, how often they order and how they pay, over the same months.
  • A new business starts on the essentials, and switches stock, staff, customers and figures on when it wants them.
