Prices are per business and set per market, so you pay in your own currency rather than a converted one. Extra logins are €1,30 each per month. Your accountant's login is free on every plan and never counts against the ones you pay for.

FAQ
About the money
Why is it priced per business and not per user?
Because a café with six part-time staff is not six times the business of one with one. Per-user pricing makes you ration logins, and a rota nobody can open is a rota back on paper. You get logins included, and extra ones cost less than a coffee.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, in either direction, from inside the app. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
Is there a contract?
No. It is monthly, and you cancel from inside the app. Your data stays exportable while the account is open and for a period afterwards, set out in the terms.
Do the AI features cost extra?
Not from us. AI runs on your own provider key, so you pay your provider directly and set a budget cap per feature. Everything else in BizBoard works with AI switched off entirely.
What about VAT on the subscription?
Prices are shown without VAT. What is added depends on your country and whether you give us a valid VAT number at sign-up.
