How it works

Step by step, in the order it happens

No magic step in the middle. Each stage says what it does and what it hands to the next one.

  1. Today, honestlyWhat is actually in the accounts, with the money already committed shown against it rather than quietly ignored.
  2. Ninety days, from real documentsEvery invoice you have raised with its terms, every bill you have approved with its due date, and the costs that recur. That is the forecast — no model, no smoothing, and you can open any point on it and see which documents made it.
  3. What to pay firstWhen there is not enough for everything this week, the list is ordered by what is overdue, what is due, and what carries a penalty — so the decision is yours but it is an informed one.
  4. One file to the bankSelect what you are paying and export it as SEPA, Czech ABO or a Swiss QR-bill batch. Upload it once.

Profit and loss you can trace back to a document

Revenue, costs and what is left, with every figure clickable back to the invoice or bill underneath it. A report you cannot audit is a report you cannot act on.

  • Profit and loss, by month and by venue
  • VAT gathered and VAT paid, ready for the return
  • Spend by category and by supplier
  • Every total opens into the documents that made it

FAQ

Before you ask

Do you connect to my bank account?

You can import statements, and the payment files go the other way. We are deliberately not asking for the credentials that would let us move money on your behalf.

Is the forecast an AI prediction?

No. It is arithmetic on documents you already have: invoices with terms, bills with due dates, and recurring costs. It needs no AI and does not change if you switch AI off.

Does it handle more than one currency?

Yes. Each business trades in its market's currency, and prices, VAT and payment formats follow the country it is set to.
